Super Hotel O NAR Comforts Near KSR Railway station

1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay"I had a very poor experience at this property. The room was not maintained properly and did not match the expectations set during booking. Cleanliness was below standard, and some of the promised facilities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The staff was not very helpful in resolving the issues that were reported. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the entire property was a letdown. The bedsheets were filthy, stained, and appeared unchanged since the last guests. Cleanliness was completely neglected. The bathroom was revolting—poorly kept, unhygienic, and in very bad shape. It was uncomfortable to even spend a few moments there. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, but this one fails miserably. The staff's attitude was worse than the room conditions—rude, arrogant, and unprofessional with no sense of customer service. Their treatment of female guests was especially disrespectful, lacking any courtesy or manners. The location is also bad, with unpleasant surroundings and a cramped feel, far from what was promised. Nothing about this stay felt comfortable or inviting. I deeply regret choosing this hotel. It lacks cleanliness, professionalism, hospitality, and respect for guests. There are much better options near KSR Railway Station. Save your money and avoid the hassle by staying elsewhere. I would never recommend or return to this place.

Ok worth for money and staff bhevaiour is good

I booked this through OYO and was hesitant to pay upfront without seeing the place, but they insisted and guaranteed the hotel was good. I was shocked... The location isn't even reachable by Autorickshaw! The TV didn't work (which OYO didn't mention), and there was no remote for the AC. When I asked the reception about it, they were very unhelpful and said, "If you want, you take it." They showed no remorse! Since I checked in with my family around 9pm, I had no other choice. We had to request basic items like towels, soap, and a bathroom mat. They couldn't fix the AC until 12:30am by finding the right remote. When I asked, they suggested moving rooms, but by then, my family was already asleep. They charged fully for an AC room with no refund or apology! The drawers and bathroom weren't properly cleaned, and the bedsheets were poor quality. Overall, the service was irresponsible, dirty, inaccessible, and OYO was unbelievable!

Nice rooms and a pleasant stay, clean bathrooms, and good value for the location.
