Solo Traveller • Jul 2026This hotel doesn't even deserve one star, maybe just a quarter star. The service is the worst I've ever experienced. The half-bald man at the reception is very unpleasant; he behaves in a creepy way and pressures guests for money and favors. The room was dirty, infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches, and had a bad, unpleasant smell. The spring bed was flat with springs poking out, causing body pain. The linens provided were worse than those on trains, with a dirty smell and unwashed black bedsheets and pillows. They charge 30 rupees for a 1-liter water bottle, and there are no towels or soap provided. The bald man at reception demands extra money even after a fixed-price booking and sometimes forces guests to leave immediately. The staff also stares in a creepy way, causing discomfort and sometimes invading privacy. The half-bald man knocks on doors at odd hours asking for favors. Overall, this is the worst person and the worst hotel I've encountered. The management is very poor and unregulated. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
