I stayed for 2 days, and here are the issues I faced:1. No bath towel was provided at check-in. I was told everything was in laundry and finally received one only at 7 PM.2. The staff’s hospitality was not up to the mark.3. No tea bags, sugar, or other room sachets were provided, even though they were part of the service.4. There was no shower gel in the bathroom.5. A bucket was also not provided.
Despite being listed everywhere online not one of their staffs could speak english. So unless you could speak the local dialect or hindi i wouldn’t recommend it.They tried their utmost best to make use of the language barrier to their advantage where they would try to charge me for services i never requested. First by billing me food i never ordered (had to make them check twice) . Still that mf had the audacity to purposefuly miscalculate my bill, luckily to his ignorance they’d put up food prices on walls of the reception counter. Had to question him again.
The property offers good walkability and easy access to transport and shopping, making it convenient for getting around. However, the room size was a bit cramped, and the bathroom could use some improvements. While the cleanliness and staff service were average, the overall value for money is reasonable, especially if you're looking for a place that meets basic needs without breaking the bank.
