Very bad service.I booked semi suite but, the phone was not working. When I asked for extra towel they denied. No hot water was coming in bathroom. Wifi was also not good. Food I ordered biryani and get it after 1 hour and they say curd was not available so no raita was there. I don't recommend to book it as it's only in good location but service is not at all good, price is more.Only pro is the behaviour of staff was good and polite.

We have stayed in this hotel during Covid time, at that time we stayed more than a month for official purposes. This time also we stayed for 10days for our official trip. Rooms are good, food also reasonable. Staffs also good.
