Rooms could have more clean and sheets needed more good wash. It was budget friendly though. Food quality was good.

Located right on the highway. The hotel offers spacious rooms and huge comfortable bed. The staff is polite and courteous. The cleanliness is to point.

We recently organized a family function at Royal Palace Banquet Hall, and overall, our experience was positive. The hall is elegant, spacious,and professional throughout the event. The arrangements, decoration support, and other services provided were impressive and contributed to a smooth and memorable celebration.However, we found that the CATERING SERVICE did not meet expectations. Considering the price allocated for food, the quality and variety of the catering fell short.This is an area that we believe needs significant improvement to match the otherwise excellent standards of the hall.We hope the management takes note and enhances the catering experience so future events can fully reflect the premium value of Royal Palace Hall and we can refer to this place.
