The service from Mr. Bhavesh Salvi was very poor. He never answered calls except once, and although he promised to call back, he never followed through.

Rooms were clean, staff were supportive n humble.services good ’’??.

The rooms were tidy, and the staff were helpful and polite. The service was good 👍😊.

On Friday, 17th April 2026, we had dinner at your hotel.We ordered the following items from the menu:’ Cheese corn balls’Chiken in starter’Paneer in starter the name is not present in menu that was suggested by your team member’Veg amritsari’Butter Naan’Jeera rice’Dal tadkaWe were five members dining together Unfortunately, 3 members have suffered from stomach infection after consuming the food. The symptoms started from Friday night and till date we are not feeling well.This situation is very concerning and disappointing, as we did not expect such an issue from your hotel. I requestyou to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to ensure food quality and hygiene standards.Kindly acknowledge this communication and look into the matter at the earliest.

On Friday, 17th April 2026, we dined at your hotel and ordered these menu items: Cheese corn balls, Chicken starter, Paneer starter (name not listed on the menu but recommended by your staff), Veg Amritsari, Butter Naan, Jeera rice, and Dal tadka. There were five of us eating together. Unfortunately, three of us developed stomach infections after eating. The symptoms began Friday night and we are still unwell. This is very troubling and disappointing as we did not expect such a problem from your establishment. I urge you to investigate this seriously and take necessary steps to maintain food quality and hygiene. Please acknowledge this message and address the issue promptly.
