Pls be careful while booking this hotel if u don't wanted to be insulted after paying..the behaviour of reception staff GAURAV is so bad towards the customers that just felt like hitting him so much of noise kept requesting him with folded hands to pls stop the repair work but he turned a dead ear later the owner sandeep singh did the needful but it was too latei appreciate the owner lastly I had to take the auto for airport the reception staff whispered in auto wallas ear to keep his commissionBetter be careful by these thugs

Best location,staff is very polite and helpful.clean rooms and very prompt service if you need to change the bedsheets or need cleaning.Location is just few steps away from Golden temple (Darbar Sahib).Stayed here for 3 nights.

Amazing experience! The rooms were absolutely clean, 24??7 water facility. The best part about this place is that it is a minute away from GoldenTemple. Also, they serve the best french fries.

Have stayed at the Sapphire Hotel each time during my visit to Amritsar over the last few years. The location is incredibly convenient as it is on the doorstep of Sri Darbar Sahib. It also has convenient parking and shops ensuring ease of mind. The service is great and the staff really go out of their way to help guests. Rooms are clean and suitable for families. I look forward to continuing staying at the Sapphire Hotel for future visits to Amritsar sahib.
