Regenta Place Amritsar

This hotel gave a nice experience when we visited Amritsar. The hospitality was good. The rooms were well equipped. I loved the food quality in their in-house restaurant. You might feel the price expensive than the local food. But the hygiene it offers is worth it.

A mixed experience at Regenta Place Amritsar ’ one that had moments of genuine warmth, but ultimately left me questioning the 4-star tag.The highlight? Sneha at the front desk. She was exceptional ’ attentive, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which set a positive tone.However, the rooms told a different story. For a property positioning itself as a 4-star hotel, the quality and upkeep of the rooms simply didn’t match expectations. Comfort and room standards are the core of any hotel experience ’ and this fell short.To make matters worse, the property is currently under renovation. The noise disturbance was a real issue and significantly impacted the quality of rest ’ something guests deserve to be clearly informed about at the time of booking.Regenta Place has the right people ’ Sneha (and other staff whose names I don’t remember) is proof of that. But until the property lives up to its 4-star claims, it’s hard to recommend without reservations.

We had a wonderful experience at Regenta Place Amritsar.The hospitality was truly excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable.Its just 3-5 minutes away from Railway station and 15 minutes away from GOLDEN TEMPLEA special thanks to Miss Sneha Rana ji for her exceptional support and kind behavior throughout our stay. Her professionalism and helpful nature made our experience even more memorable.The stay was extremely comfortable, and the food was delicious with great quality and taste.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar. Looking forward to visiting again!

Pros -Great rooms. Well appointed.Great service at buffet / dining. Abhishek was courteous, polite, and served well smilingly.Buffet spread was limited but didn't mind as quality of the food was good.Cons -Delayed check in - Our room key didn't work so we got a manual key after few minutes of waiting.No bisleri bottles in rooms. RO water is filled in non sealed jugs.Ordered for lemon water directly to the manager at check in and till 40 min after check in it didn't come. We cancelled it over phone and there was no apology or acknowledgement of the order.No view at all, rather view is of broken street and garbage. So had to draw the curtains at all times.

We had a delightful stay, the rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed.I only gave 4 stars because the hotel in undergoing renovations and the modern bathroom may not be everybody's cup of tea - but i would definietly stay here again if the opportunity arose.Amar the manager was very helpful.There is no driver facility if you have your own driver.
