Hotel Savera

We came very recently here in Udaipur and booked this hotel but got very disappointment with the services that they are providing. We asked for lukewarm water which arrived very late after asking it for 2 to 3 times, they didn’t have Wi-Fi, they didn’t provide any sleepers, toothpaste, shower gel was not in a proper condition.Somehow we manage to spend our days over there but highly recommend not to book this property.They need to improve a lot

I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel in Udaipur, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.First of all, the bedsheet was dirty and had cigarette burn marks, which is completely unacceptable. This clearly shows a lack of hygiene and basic housekeeping standards. The ceiling fan was extremely dirty, covered in dust, making the room feel even more unhygienic.The room had a very dark, depressing vibe and did not feel welcoming or comfortable at all. On top of that, there was a bad smell in the room, which made our stay very uncomfortable.When we asked for an extra bedsheet and blanket, we were told that everything was in dry cleaning and they had no extra bedsheets or blankets available. This is not a valid excuse ’ a hotel should always have basic necessities available for guests.The situation got worse because hot water was not available, even though it was winter season. This is a basic facility that every hotel must provide, especially in cold weather.Overall, this hotel lacks cleanliness, proper maintenance, basic facilities, and professionalism. It felt neglected and poorly managed. I regret choosing this place and will never stay here again.Not recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Save your money and choose a better hotel in Udaipur.

My stay at Hotel Savera was truly pleasant. The staff was very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing.The hotel’s location is convenient and makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. The food was delicious and fresh, especially the breakfast.Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Savera to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.’

The hotel rooms were good, but the overall experience was disappointing.There was no proper hot water option ’ sometimes hot water came, sometimes it didn’t, even after calling the staff.There were no complimentary items like water or soap provided, and even after requesting, the staff did not arrange anything.The restaurant food was not fresh and didn’t taste good at all.Overall, the stay was not satisfying despite the decent rooms. The hotel seriously needs to improve its basic services and food quality.
