My recent stay at Hotel Shahi Palace, Mandawa turned out to be a highly disappointing experience on multiple fronts. The most shocking part was the staff’s rude and unprofessional behaviour. Instead of being welcoming or supportive, they were dismissive, uncooperative, and at times outright rude while responding to even basic requests. Their attitude created an uncomfortable environment from the very beginning and made the entire stay unpleasant. The food quality was another major letdown. The tandoori snacks lacked taste and freshness, and the chicken tikka was served completely undercooked, which is not only unacceptable but also unsafe. It clearly showed a lack of proper kitchen standards and attention to guest safety. The stay itself was equally uncomfortable. The rooms were poorly maintained, lacked essential amenities, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. Despite mentioning these issues, the staff showed no willingness to assist or resolve concerns, which only added to the dissatisfaction.Overall, Hotel Shahi Palace failed in terms of service, food, hospitality, and comfort. With rude behaviour from the staff, poorly prepared food, and an uncomfortable stay, I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mandawa.

Unsatisfactory Stay at Hotel Shahi Palace, MandawaMy experience at Hotel Shahi Palace in Mandawa was quite disappointing. The staff offered little cooperation and showed minimal interest in assisting with even simple needs. The food quality was equally poor ’ the tandoori snacks lacked flavour, and the chicken tikka was served undercooked, which is unacceptable. The stay itself was uncomfortable due to inadequate room facilities, and there was no effort from the staff to make things better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking good service, proper food standards, or a comfortable stay.

Hotel Shahi Palace, there is, quite frankly, nothing remotely ’Shahi’ about this establishment, except perhaps the royal level of indifference one receives upon arrival. The staff appear to have majored in Unprofessionalism with a minor in Confusion.Requesting a towel here could easily qualify as a day-long endurance event. I had booked two ’suites’ a term they use rather liberally, much like their photo editor who deserves an award for creative fiction. When I asked for a comb (a basic bathroom amenity, one would imagine), the manager enlightened me that ’foreigners don’t use combs, so we don’t provide them to Indians either.’ Hence no such kit at all. A fascinating approach to hospitality, truly global in its bias. The bathtubs, naturally, were non-functional. Upon asking for a fix, the manager offered an inspired solution: ’You may use the bathtub of another room and then come back to your own.’ Because nothing says luxury like communal plumbing.Requesting a garbage bag will likely send the staff into a philosophical debate about its purpose. The food, meanwhile, makes IRCTC meals taste like fine dining.Parking, though available, isn’t covered much like their service standards. And unless you hold a foreign passport, don’t expect a warm welcome; perhaps a polite shrug at best.In short, stay here only if you enjoy irony served with a side of incompetence.

Great Stay With Friends

10.0

I have been in this hotel for only one night with some friends, the room was very clean and the food of the restaurant was delicious! The pool was also clean and really good! Ispak The waiter that served us in the restaurant, was very kind and was always here when we asked for something! I recommend!

Luxurious Beautiful Stay

10.0

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facilities were top-notch ’ clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Whether it was the lounge areas, dining spaces, everything was thoughtfully designed and added to the overall experience. But what truly stood out were the rooms ’ each one was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It felt luxurious and comfortable at the same time, making it a perfect place to relax. Every little detail was taken care of, and I genuinely appreciated the effort put into maintaining such high standards.Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Also, Srpak attended us very well.
