Hotel Sparsh Town

I stayed at Hotel Sparsh Town for five nights recently, and everything was perfect. Checking in was easy, and the staff made a special effort to welcome me. My room was very clean, roomy, and offered a nice view of the surroundings. The location is ideal—very convenient for those needing to be near Nirma University, yet peaceful enough for a restful night. I particularly appreciated the comfy beds and the quick, attentive room service. I strongly recommend Hotel Sparsh Town to visitors and will surely come back!

Terrible hotel experience. We reserved through booking.com, but when we arrived at 3 am with our family, the manager told us the room was already fully booked and was very rude. Extremely disappointing and awful.
