The reception staff was very welcoming, courteous, and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth by Nikhil Bhardwaj, and they were always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would strongly advise future travelers to avoid this hotel, especially if you are traveling with your family or spouse.We arrived around 11:30 PM. The area around the hotel was extremely congested, and there were many intoxicated people on the streets. My wife felt unsafe and asked me not to step outside, so we stayed inside the entire time.Reception hall was very big. The room was very small with almost no ventilation. The outside temperature was around 40??C, but the AC was not cooling at all. When I asked for the AC remote, the staff refused to provide it or help. Because of the unbearable heat, we could hardly sleep for 2 hours.The drinking water bottle provided in the room was already unsealed, so we did not feel comfortable drinking it and remained thirsty throughout the night.We checked out early the next morning because we could not continue our stay. I explained the problems at the reception, but the manager showed no concern and did not make any effort to address our complaints or apologize.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you are traveling with your family or value safety, comfort, and good customer service, I suggest booking a different hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Sun Intl Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service was excellent. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient for getting around. I would definitely recommend Sun Intl Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Looking forward to visiting again!"

Good place if you are looking for something just to spend the night. There is no hot water for the bath. The water taps in the bathroom are too tight to operate. Even the bath towel has to be demanded, otherwise not provided. There is no remote for AC. If you just go out for food, the reception counter will switch off the AC. Telephone connection was not working properly. There was no restaurant at the hotel. It is centrally located and is budget friendly. The person manning the reception counter guided to me Sri Gurudev Punjabi Dhaba which is good for a tasty reasonably priced breakfast.

First to tell about the rooms, the basic rooms are the worst. You can find all kinds of germs and uncleanliness you can think of. The rooms are not as they are shown. I first booked a basic room thinking it will be good. Then after seeing it I had to shift to a better room which was costlier, it was that bad. Then I went to a deluxe room which was a little better. Hot water never comes at any time, had to ask staff to give me a bucket from outside. I found 2 cockroaches in the deluxe room too. The AC doesn't cool anything, everything is central controlled. They don't reduce the temperature even after saying it will get better. Don't fall by their good speaking terms. The location is worse too. Smart TV doesn't work. Absolutely worst. The staff were good natured. But some were rude too
