Poor service no work place wifi speed and connection is not working properly. No amenities and very small rooms.

The stay at the hotel was terrible. The rooms and linens were not clean, and the noise at night was unbearable. Loud chatter from the reception area and a party on the ground floor with blaring music made it impossible to sleep after a long day of work. Despite raising the issue three times, nothing was done. When the party finally ended at 2 AM, the front desk offered an insincere apology and carried on as if nothing had happened.

When I asked them to correct it or replace it with another item, the operation manager showed no support. Instead of accepting their mistake, they even tried to charge extra money just to change the wrong order they had served.Such behaviour and service are completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel which is chain outlet of Hotel Aditya Residency.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
