Comfortable stay and good value, but service gaps

On checking in noticed extremely strong foul smell in the hotel lobby. The smell got even more stronger in the third floor lobby where my room was allotted. Restaurant staffs are negligent behavior and tried to avoid taking any orders. While seated in the restaurant the staff kept walking around and noticed the customer but ignored until I called for menu.
