Absolutely unacceptable experience at Itsy Hotels The Waters Edge Beach Resort, Kovalam. The room we were given was nothing like the photos’no sea view, completely misleading. The place was filthy, with broken switchboards, a dirty bed, and even bedbugs. This is basic hygiene failure. To make things worse, the manager was rude and dismissive when we complained. Avoid this property’do not waste your money here.
