Place was very near to temple and along the 3minutes temple journey every shop was there, the staff were friendly and you may book any tour with them. They also have food services, will not recommend if ladies or old person, due to lack of cleaniness and no lift available.

Wonderful

I was searching for an affordable place to stay and found this hotel. The cost was very reasonable, so I reserved a non-AC room. Honestly, I didn't see many recent reviews on Google, which made me a bit unsure, but I decided to try it anyway. The room turned out to be larger and more spacious than I had expected for the price. It included all the basic necessities, and the biggest surprise was a large balcony, which I hadn't anticipated. My friend and I, two girls traveling alone, were naturally concerned about safety. I won't deny—the location seemed a little intimidating at first since the road ends in a dead end and the area feels quite isolated. But that was just my initial impression. We didn't encounter any problems or feel unsafe during our stay. The staff were friendly and respectful, and after we checked in, there was no disturbance at all—not even an unnecessary knock on the door. We enjoyed complete privacy throughout our visit. What really surprised me happened at checkout. We left very early, around 4 AM, and about 10–15 minutes later, a staff member called to check if we had found a cab and were traveling safely. It might seem like a small gesture, but that level of care was unexpected and really impressed me. It felt like they truly cared about their guests' safety, not just finishing the checkout. As two girls traveling alone, we had a comfortable and trouble-free stay. Considering the price, the room was excellent value. The location might seem daunting at first, but our experience was entirely positive.

Terrible experience, awful service, and no parking available. The room area is unsafe for women and girls. The best rooms are near Kovalam.
