Very cozy stay, staff all are well behaving, food is very good. Buffet was not available due to the ongoing LPG issue. Otherwise everything is perfect. The location ofThe hotel is the primary thing. It's located opposite to the new legislative assembly building. Prime location. Walking distance to Zoo and planetarium.

I recently visited Mascot Hotel for lunch with family and friends, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Being a heritage property, the ambiance has a classic charm that is perfect for a relaxed meal. The main course was delicious, offering a good variety of dishes where the flavors felt authentic and well-prepared, making it a reliable spot for a hearty group lunch. However, the dessert section was a bit of a letdown and didn't taste as premium or authentic as the rest of the meal. Additionally, the service could be more proactive and attentive to match the reputation of the hotel. Despite these minor issues, the quality of the main spread makes it worth a visit.

The management thoughtfully combined two tables for us, making the seating comfortable for our group.Although the staff count seemed slightly low, the team was extremely cooperative and polite. Initially they suggested opting for the buffet since ?? la carte would take some time, but once we confirmed that waiting was not an issue, they handled our orders professionally and patiently.The washrooms were spotless and well maintained, which always adds to the overall comfort of a dining experience.’’? The cashews in the dragon chicken clearly reflected the quality and freshness of ingredients used.’King Fish Nadan Curry ’ One of the highlights of the meal. The gravy was rich and authentic, and the fish was extremely fresh and well cooked.’Paneer Butter Masala ’ Soft, fresh paneer that could be cut with just a touch. The heritage hotel offers spacious rooms with a lovely view, and the bathroom facilities were quite good. However, the property does show signs of needing better maintenance. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the food. It felt overpriced and lacked value for money, with additional charges for almost everything. The taste was just average, which didn’t justify the high cost. Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the dining experience significantly lowered the overall impression of the stay.
