5/5Perfect beach getaway with amazing hospitality-Stayed at Gokulam Grand Kovalam for 2 nights and it was excellent. The location is ideal ’ just a short walk to Lighthouse Beach but away from the main crowd. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the sea-view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset. Staff were warm and went out of their way to help, especially at the front desk and restaurant. Mohandas P the front office manager was extremely courteous and even upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise.Breakfast spread was great with both South Indian and continental options. The pool area is well-maintained and very relaxing. Highly recommend for families and couples. Will definitely come back.

Disappointing stay at Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach.We stayed here for one night and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. We booked this hotel expecting a true 5-star level of hospitality, but it was far from that. The service from most of the staff was disappointing’they seemed unaware of how to make guests feel welcome or valued. Even something as simple as greeting guests with a smile seemed missing.The behavior of the reception staff Tiny K during checkout was especially disappointing, and it left a very bad impression. Hospitality is not just about the property, but about how guests are treated, and sadly that was lacking here.The only positive part of our stay was Mr. Rajesh, who was polite, professional, and showed genuine good character. He was the only staff member who made us feel respected.It also felt like the staff judged guests based on their appearance and treated people differently depending on how they perceived their status, which was very upsetting and unprofessional.For a hotel claiming to offer a 5-star experience, much improvement is needed in customer service, staff attitude, and basic hospitality. Sadly, this stay was not worth it, and we left very disappointed.

Gokulam Grand Turtle on the beach Resort is the ultimate place to relax with great food, excellent service and a beautiful atmosphere. The hospitality from the entire staff was top-notch. The food at the Catamaran restaurant was truly delicious with a great dining vibe. We loved spending time at the infinity pool. It offers a spectacular view. The Ayurveda spa is a must-visit; the ambience is beautifully calm and the doctor and therapist are so friendly, customizing packages based on your health needs. The full body massage left me feeling completely relaxed.. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Turtle Hotel. The service was excellent ’ the staff are very attentive, proactive and genuinely friendly. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the balcony is beautiful. The food was also very good.A special thanks to Vijay and the reception team Pavithra, Tiny for their kindness and great support during our stay.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the beautiful beach view was truly relaxing and memorable.The rooms were spacious, neat, and very well maintained, and the washrooms were extremely clean and hygienic, making the stay very comfortable.The food quality was excellent, and the breakfast spread had a great variety and tasted amazing. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, perfect for relaxation.What truly stood out was the staff behavior and service ’ polite, courteous, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay.Overall, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and memorable.
