We had an amazing stay at this seaside resort. One of the most unique and beautiful aspects of the location is that it’s situated right next to the spot where the lake meets the ocean. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and watching the changing colors of the water throughout the day was a wonderful experience.The view from our bedroom was simply spectacular. Waking up to the sight of the lake merging into the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made our stay truly memorable.The food was another highlight of our visit. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The seafood dishes were especially impressive, and dining with such a stunning view made the experience even better.The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views, great food, and a unique natural setting. We can’t wait to visit again!

I stayed at this Ayurvedic resort for 5 nights and had a very positive experience overall. Every day I received 2 hours of Ayurvedic treatments, and I was very happy with both the treatments themselves and my masseuse. The therapies felt professional and relaxing.The food was also very tasty, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I also really enjoyed the morning yoga sessions, which were a great way to start the day and complemented the treatments very well.What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. The whole area was very quiet and relaxing.Overall, I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm Ayurveda experience.

I am writing to share my feedback following our recent two-night stay at the Beach & Lake Ayurvedic Resort in Kovalam. We visited the area to explore the local beaches and the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, and overall, it was a pleasant and wonderful experience.Upon our arrival, Dr. Gowtham assisted us to our room and made us feel very comfortable. We had booked a Superior Deluxe room with breakfast included; the room was neat, tidy, and offered a beautiful view facing the beach. I also appreciated that the room cleaning was handled diligently on a daily basis.Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be average and feel it could be improved given that the resort has its own restaurant. However, the other food served at the restaurant’particularly the seafood and biryani’was amazing.I must also highlight the Ayurvedic full body massage, which was a 10/10 experience for me. Mr. Eden deserves special recognition for taking additional efforts during our visit. Generally, the entire staff was very helpful and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay.Thank you for a memorable visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort, and it was a great experience from the beginning to the end! The front office team were extremely hospitable and facilitated the check-in very comfortably and promptly. All the staff members were courteous, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made my stay even more relaxing.The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a serene environment with all the required facilities.The resort food was amazing ’ each meal was fresh, tasty, and well presented. The restaurant served an extensive range of dishes, both local and international. Their seafood dishes were particularly good, well cooked and rich in taste. I also enjoyed eating while getting to take in the scenic beach view, which complimented my dining experience.And of course, the resort's view itself was just simply stunning ’ you can see the waves, sunsets, and serene beauty of the sea from your room or dining area.Ayurveda treatment is also a must experiance one here.Boating to other side of property was very good.Boating to beach was also great experience
