I had the my worst ever experience in this placeI had the temple visit in early morning and I couldn't sleep for 5 minThe rooms literally had bugs, in malayalam we say moota and when lights go off its hell. It bit all around and now I'm having fever. Even the AC was not working properly. Such places should be shut down. Bugs in room is not a good sign of cleanliness. These places are listed in make my trip like apps and it's concerning. Will make a complaint to make my trip also. Please don't choose this place for stay

My Colleague at this hotel last night. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception during the night shift was asleep and behaved very rudely. Since he arrived very late, they had no option to search for other accommodations nearby.The room they received was clean, though housekeeping could definitely be improved.I would like to specially mention Mr. Mahesh at the front office in the morning, he assisted very well. He was polite, helpful, and made experience much better. Thank you, Mr. Mahesh!However, we strongly request the management to take strict action against the night duty staff, as such behavior can seriously damage the hotel's reputation.

Very Disappointing Stay ’ Would Not RecommendReview:I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival ’ stained sheets, dust everywhere, and a strange smell that never went away. The air conditioning was not working,making it almost impossible to sleep, and when I brought it up to the front desk, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no real solutions.the staff in the reception area was behaving very rude to us.For the price I paid, I expected at least basic manners from the staff ,cleanliness and comfort, but unfortunately, this stay fell far below even minimum standards. Won't suggest this hotel.

On 14th March 2025 i stayed here .I geniune review I am giving about hotel.It is just 250-300 MTRS from Padmanabha temple & beside canara bank.Hotel is excellent for all category people..AC , non AC , Dormitory All types of Rooms available here & all are better than our expectations.Non-AC or AC - 4 bed with 2 bathrooms .Dormitory - with 8 baths with average size.Mr Santosh - Manager of Hotel and owner Mr Govindaswamy sir both are very supportive, Good in nature and prectical people.All rooms are clean and service is excellent and cooperative staffs.They provided water in all rooms on check inn also water filter available in reception for guests.As I am in group of 32 so booked 22 bed Dormitory and 4 rooms .Dormitory is very clear, seperate and like home and AC working everywhere nicely.Bathroom is clean and hot and cold both water coming in morning.One another staff at reception named Naji or something is very rudely behaving, other than that 3 staffs are very good and supportive.It is the cleanest, safe, budget and nearest hotel in this area to stay.Go for it if visiting Trivendrum.

Rooms are good and rarely we can find 4 bedded with 2 bathroom and even smart lock but feel over priced compared to the rooms .manager is friendly nature .good amenities Co operative staff . Budget friendly but we do not entertain outside person approaching for siteseeing who have tie up with auto,cab and persons of siteseeing points which expolits tourist ,pilgrimist and morally pressuring. Us to pay 2 or 3 times of original rate and also wish hotel should not entertain such person which adversely affects hotel prestige.
