Located right opposite the maingate of Medical College, this place gets its location spot on! There are two different properties in the same compound that caused some confusion. The reception seemed to be common. Triva is a budget property, while Regalia is a premium one. The rooms were well maintained, clean and functional. The bed was comfortable as well. The toilet is basic but very clean and had a working shower.

Very Poor Service

Customer service is very bad and hospitality is also very bad.There is no battery in the remote and the channels are not working in the tv. No entertainment purpose in the hotel. The staffs are not good and the reception staff has no idea about how to deal with the customers. Highly not recommended to everyone ’?
