To begin with this was by far the worst hotel experience ever. I travel constantly for work and did the grave mistake of booking this stupid hotel.My check in time was around 2 pm and I could only get the room by 5. The rooms are so congested and dirty. Bed literally had bugs and dust in it. Despite having complained about it the hotel management decided to ignore it simply.And don’t even get me started with the bathroom, so many stains and not even the adequate accessories.Not even worth a 2 star hotel yet they are charging price of a four star. The only good thing is the location.I literally had to switch to a different hotel because of the bugs in the bed.

Had a good stay at Hostel Ginger. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall environment was nice. Special mention to Amir, who was in charge of the food ’ he did his job well and managed everything properly. Food quality was good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The rooms were good, well maintained, and cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good with a mixed style offering a wide variety of options. Food service was excellent, and Amir did a great job with his service’very attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are tiny not even suitable for 2 people to share. For a single person maybe ok. Best to only stay if you just want to sleep in night or don’t plan to spend anytime inside the room. Staff and service is great though. Food is also good. I personally won’t like to stay in future as I find such small rooms really uncomfortable and depressing.

Extremely disappointing experience.The rooms provided are absolutely useless and nowhere close to what is promised. Charging around ’4,000 per night for what is essentially a lodge-quality room is unacceptable. The room size is extremely small, poorly planned, and not worth the price at all.This feels like clear cheating of customers. The quality does not justify the cost in any way. I am genuinely angry with the hotel owner, management, and the Ginger team for allowing such standards.Not recommended at all. Think twice before booking.
