Load shedding happening all the time. The generator isn't working because the fuel tank was empty. Reception staff are completely unhelpful. Cleanliness of the property is poor, with empty liquor bottles outside and the rooftop covered in plastic and food waste.

I booked this hotel for myself my mom, wife and kids 15 & 13 respectively. When we visited the hotel we were given room on the second floor. I told the receptionist about my mom's health condition. And about her recent knee surgery. They didn't give room on ground or second floor. We didn't have any other choice as we made the payment and was not refundable. We climbed up and we found the room in worst condition. Not at all clean and beer bottle inside the room. There were camera inside the hall. When we tried to go to the reception to tell about the condition we found stray dogs in first floor barking at us. We had to wait till the dogs to move away to run away from the apartment. We left without a refund given to us for one hours of stay. Please dont book this with family.
