Had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Siddharth, Delhi. The room was comfortable, the food was great, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience—highly recommended!
Extremely disappointing experience — definitely not worth the money I booked a room at JP Siddharth for 8–9 August under an offer, which cost me around ₹6,000 after the hotel-platform offer, including a ₹1,000 cashback. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. 1. Parking & damage to our car: The hotel advertises car parking as an available facility. However, when we arrived, we were given a card stating that “Car Parking is at Owner’s Own Risk.” When we collected our car, we found a dent on the rear side of the vehicle. If the hotel provides parking as a facility, there should at least be proper management and accountability for the vehicles parked there. 2. Extremely unsafe and uncomfortable bed: The room had two lightweight single beds pushed together to make a double bed. The beds kept sliding apart whenever we sat or lay down, leaving a gap in between. This was not only uncomfortable but genuinely unsafe—I actually fell into the gap once. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel charging this kind of room tariff. 3. Poor restaurant experience: We arrived at around 12:40 PM, while the reception informed us that check-in would be at 2 PM. So we went to the hotel restaurant for lunch. There were no napkins provided on the table, the glasses had an unpleasant smell, and the water initially served tasted extremely poor. We therefore ordered a bottle of Tata water marked at ₹60 MRP, but the hotel charged us ₹300, despite service charges and GST being charged separately. What makes this even more concerning is that the restaurant menu itself mentions the price of mineral water as ₹300, yet the bottle actually served to us was a ₹60 MRP Tata Water bottle. If a hotel is charging ₹300 for a particular water option, the guest should at least receive the product corresponding to that price, or the pricing should be transparently explained. We ordered garlic naan, two parathas and a paneer dish. Unfortunately, the food quality was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what one would expect from a hotel of this category. The overall restaurant experience was so poor that we decided to order dinner from outside rather than eat at the hotel again. 4. Cashback was never received: The booking was made under an offer that included ₹1,000 cashback. However, I received neither the cashback from the hotel nor the cashback through the booking app. This was another disappointment, especially when the stay itself was already far below expectations. 5. Confusion over an alleged pending amount at checkout: At checkout, just as we were leaving, the receptionist came outside and told us that some amount was still pending. When I asked what it was for, I was told that ₹150 was pending for the restaurant. This was surprising because we had already settled our lunch bill. Such issues should be properly checked and communicated before informing a guest that they have an outstanding balance. I travel both nationally and internationally and have stayed at hotels across different categories. I understand that every property may have its limitations, but the kind of basic service issues and questionable pricing practices I experienced here are particularly disappointing. Such practices ultimately damage the hotel’s own reputation and rating. Overall, the entire experience was far below expectations. The room, bed arrangement, parking management, restaurant, food quality, pricing, cashback issue and basic service standards were all disappointing. In my personal experience, the hotel’s services do not justify the price at all. I would strongly recommend guests to check recent reviews and all terms of the booking offer carefully before making a reservation. Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property.

Couple • India • Aug 2026The rooms are not at all nice. Old construction breaking down floors and frames around the walls. Bathrooms broken down. Electronic equipments are very old and keep breaking down. I don’t know how the hotel got 5 star rating if the rooms are in such shape. This is a purely management issue, not a staff issue. All the staff members were courteous and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
