However, I felt the staff's service could have been a bit warmer and more polite. Also, as sound travels somewhat easily between rooms, the layout felt a bit lacking in privacy for couples. Thank you for a comfortable time.

Only problem was Location

Everything was good except the location. It was little bit at the outskirt and at the time there was construction going on so the road leading to the hotel was bumpy and muddy.

The staff was very professional and we'll behaved. The rooms were clean and everything was good. The room service was good. The road from metro station to hotel was very narrow. Overall I would recommend it for family and couples both.
