Very poor service from the hotel staff. There���s no online booking but the hotel has opening booking through various website to bring in customers . After paying the amount for the stay, hotel staff says online booking is not available and had to cancel it, pathetic service

Don't go worst place.Had Done a booking via booking website when I visited I asked normal room booking, receptionist said rooms are available price was high .I showed him booking he replied we don't accept booking from websites ���������������then why did you posted it in other websites.Even contacting customer care ( property manager to customer care - rooms not available)

One of the worst room service don't go there.. ������ no lift , no ac, no tv , no hot water , small room ..

Faced very bad experience here.even though we booked a room, the room was given to others and when we questioned about the same a the staff and the owner was too rude and didn't even provide any alternatives. Don't book here nd get in trouble like us ...

If there's something less than 1 star I would have given that. Don't book here..it's a complete fraud.The booking doesn't even work here, theyll provide the booked rooms to other customers and when we question the owner regarding this, he acts careless.
