Such a pathetic and life threatening experience. In my entire career I have never lived any such hotel with such a low level service . I was stuck in a lift for atleast 1 hour with no support from hotel staff

The manager is descent, gentle and courteous. Room was neat and clean well mantained and commendable room servises. Food menu was good and dishes were drlicious. All serving staff were cooperative and helpful.
