Kovalam Beach Hotel

Good location close to the beach tidal room has partial sea view access, good enough. Good balcony. Clean room. Receptionist and helpers were friendly and good. Breakfast we had on day 1 was good but could be more extensive with varieties. Car parking and bike parking are available. Uber and Ola dont usually come down as thd lane is narrow. A 100m walk upwards to the main road. Peaceful location. A bit pricy and pictures of washroom can be misleading in thirdparty apps

Nice stay at Kovalam. Very near to the beach. Roome are cozy. And the best part was the food. Very tasty food, less spicy food cooked at every comfort. The staff Bhola was everytime at service. He was a very nice and polite person. Loved staying at Kovalam Beach Hotel.

The staff was helpful and did all arrangements for cab service, site seeing and Poovar backwaters ride. Bhola one of the staff addressed complaints quickly and shown good behaviour towards guests. Plus point is its very close to the beach.The downside of this hotel are rooms as they were quite dark and bathroom was smelling of gutter while entering the room. The food was not at par with the price you pay for and very less staff considering it’s a 3 star hotelOverall the experience can be improved on food and rooms.

We had a very good experience. The hospitality, attentiveness, and services provided by the staff were excellent. The food was very tasty, freshly prepared, and exactly as per the menu. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded politely and promptly. Communication with everyone was smooth and pleasant.A special thanks to the lady manager and the other manager for their great support.From my perspective, some improvements can be made in room maintenance, but overall everything was good
