The hospitality was nonexistent, and the reception experience was disappointing. The receptionist didn't care about our presence. When I arrived, he was not at the front desk, and I had to call him to get his attention. Once he finally came, he just handed me the keys without showing me to the rooms. His body language and behaviour were filled with attitude. While I was speaking to him, he was not listening and was instead engaged in a phone conversation with friends, rather than attending to customers. He acted as if he were in charge under him and treated us like we were his employees to whom he pays money. I suggest everyone not to visit because, the rooms, beds and sheets were not clean and full of bad smell.
