The Seven Hills Hotel

Shabby looking place, everywhere cobwebs and unclean.. The room stinks . Bathroom pathetic . No hot water after 7 pm as it works on Solar . Poorly maintained place . The restaurant is not functional . So you have to Swiggy food . The kettle in the room was broken and not cleaned in ages . Refer the photos . Bathroom was in very poor condition , flies everywhere . Remaining s of once maintained hotel ..

Best location!!!!!! Is situated on a safest street. Excellent transport facility near by.The staff is very friendly and we recieved the best service even on an early Check in and they were gracious enough to provide late check out as well.Clean rooms, plus the wash room too are well maintained. If you are a lady solo traveller i would recommend you to definitely stay here as it’s very safe

I don't have the option to give negative star. 1) A/C is not working properly and full of dust from the unit. 2) Hot water not available (we wait for 1.5 hrs to fix, but after wasting time we take bath in cold water, atleast they would consider my 6 year old kid). 3) There is no ceiling fan (in all the rooms). 4) They don't have restaurant, highlight is they sell breakfast with room, but they don't have restaurant. 6) asked us to take the breakfast (within rs. 100 per head) nearby restaurant (not like 3 star hotel breakfast, but ok) by telling hotel name. 7) if you don't like that restaurant, then get refund of rs. 100. 8) they give deals and discount, but that's all traps. Pls don't go to this hotel.

After a night in this establishment, I can confidently say the management is suffering from a severe case of mistaken identity. It's neither a three-star nor a business hotel. You could accurately call this a "no-frills budget model," or perhaps a "bed and no-breakfast".’Located close to railway station, making it highly accessible. The staff were delightfully available and courteous, which is a significant plus, as you'll need them to procure the basics.’Now for the 'amenities.' The website promises the standard complimentary comforts. Forget the buffet breakfast’they don't "run a restaurant," which is an admirably efficient way to cut costs. The promised dental kit, shoe shine, and newspaper have apparently been lost to the sands of time. Bath towel, a truly ancient relic whose glory days have passed years ago.’The AC unit looks like it lost a brutal fistfight, the washroom fixtures have aged less gracefully, and the furniture wears a proud layer of dust. Want to contact the front desk? Bring Your Own Device, as the room extension is purely decorative. Finally, one must admire their commitment to sustainability, as the sanitation process appears to involve a deep hope that the last guest wasn't too dirty.
