It was a very bad experience staying at this hotel. I booked the room through Agoda, but the attitude of the reception staff was very disappointing. They behaved as if they were giving us the room for free.The first room we were given had very poor airflow from the AC blower and the TV was not working. When we tried to call the reception to report the issue, they did not answer the phone. Later we went to the reception and informed them directly. Someone came and checked and said the AC could not be fixed, so they gave us another room.We moved all our luggage to the new room, but the AC condition there was exactly the same. We informed them again and another staff member came and checked. He set the AC to 16??C and said the room would cool down in half an hour. There was not even a fan in the room.Another issue was in the bathroom. There was no proper lighting except a small light in the wash area.We got only a little cooling, so we did not go back to complain again because we felt it would not make any difference. The hotel claims to be a ’business class hotel,’ but it does not meet that standard at all.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Staying at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. I booked through Agoda, but the reception staff's attitude was quite disappointing, acting as if they were doing us a favor by giving us a room. The first room had poor AC airflow and a broken TV. When we tried calling reception to report it, no one answered, so we went there in person. Someone checked and said the AC couldn't be fixed, so they moved us to another room. However, the AC in the new room was just as bad. We told them again, and another staff member set the AC to 16°C, saying it would cool down in half an hour, but there wasn't even a fan. The bathroom lighting was also inadequate, with only a small light near the sink. Since the cooling was minimal, we didn't bother complaining further, feeling it wouldn't help. The hotel claims to be "business class," but it falls far short of that. Overall, it was very disappointing.
