Clean, Affordable Hotel with decent amenities and car parking
It was a very bad experience staying at this hotel. I booked the room through Agoda, but the attitude of the reception staff was very disappointing. They behaved as if they were giving us the room for free.The first room we were given had very poor airflow from the AC blower and the TV was not working. When we tried to call the reception to report the issue, they did not answer the phone. Later we went to the reception and informed them directly. Someone came and checked and said the AC could not be fixed, so they gave us another room.We moved all our luggage to the new room, but the AC condition there was exactly the same. We informed them again and another staff member came and checked. He set the AC to 16°C and said the room would cool down in half an hour. There was not even a fan in the room.Another issue was in the bathroom. There was no proper lighting except a small light in the wash area.We got only a little cooling, so we did not go back to complain again because we felt it would not make any difference. The hotel claims to be a “business class hotel,” but it does not meet that standard at all.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
