I have been a regular guest at this hotel for a long time, and it has always been one of my favorite places. I usually stay here 3’4 times every month, which is why I feel responsible for sharing this feedback.Unfortunately, over the past two months, ever since a new lady and a young man joined the reception team, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The receptionist's attitude is extremely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. She does not appear to take her responsibilities seriously, and the other staff member also lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills.This is not an isolated incident. During my previous two visits, I experienced the same unacceptable behavior from the receptionist. I chose to ignore it because I genuinely love this hotel and wanted to continue staying here. Hoping things would improve, I stayed here again yesterday’but sadly, nothing has changed.The reception desk is the face of any hotel. The way guests are welcomed and treated creates the very first impression. It is disappointing to see such poor customer service damaging the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel. I honestly cannot understand how staff with such an attitude are allowed to represent this property.I have checked out today, and with great disappointment, I have decided that I will not return unless this issue is addressed. It genuinely hurts to make this decision because I have always enjoyed staying here.Please do not take this as just another complaint. This feedback comes from a loyal and regular guest who truly wants this hotel to maintain its good reputation. I sincerely request the management to immediately review the performance of the reception staff and take appropriate action. A hotel with such a good reputation deserves a professional, respectful, and guest-friendly reception team.I sincerely hope my feedback is taken seriously and that the necessary changes are made. I would love to return in the future, but only if the guest experience at the reception improves.Thank you.’?

Clean room and friendly staff. Milan and Lobha were always pleasant and courteous. Deluxe room is good for business visit; if with family, choose super deluxe for ambient space. WiFi available

It's so lovely. I would recommend staying here. But room spacing is kinda tight but everything else is heaven. Staff is very supportive and you can call them anytime through the room telephone and they'll do all the arrangements you require including food , laundry etc but obv with extra charges. Kinda pricy but reasonable with all the facilities.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room fan and AC were not working properly, and even after informing the staff multiple times, no proper fix was done. It made the stay very uncomfortable.The staff response was also very poor, especially regarding parking. They have valet parking, but they won’t actually park the car for you. Instead, they guide you to park somewhere and later blame you for parking in the wrong place.We went out after parking exactly where they instructed us, but later they kept calling us and asked us to come back to move the car, saying it should not have been parked there. Because of this, we wasted our time and had to cancel our plans. The worst part was that the staff acted like it was ’not a big issue.’No concern for customers, no courtesy, and no empathy. Very unresponsive staff and overall a frustrating experience. Definitely not recommending this hotel to anyone. Would have given zero stars if possible.
