Overall, the staff are not very well trained in guest service, and the canteen is also not maintained properly.We faced loud music during our night stay because a large group had booked the property and was playing Dandiya late at night without considering other guests. The staff were also unable to control or stop them.The kitchen needs improvement, and there should be better food variety. Even the basic tea quality is very poor, while they charge 40 + GST for it.Overall, I would not recommend this property, although the location is good. It is an average/okay option if location is the main priority.
