I would like to express my disappointment regarding the hotel experience during the stay. The service and overall hospitality were not satisfactory and did not meet expectations. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to improve the guest experience.Moreover on your reply I would like to add more thing in detail,Despite my company handling the payment, your staff spoke rudely and said, ’Don’t let him go,’ even though I had a train at 5 AM. Payment was never a concern from my side.Additionally, my breakfast was included in the booking, but your staff denied it. If required, I can share the voucher for better clarity. Kindly look into this matter and ensure better guest handling in the future.

I have taken this hotel for 7 day.. fabulous.. enjoy.. better experience... Service is to good .. unlimited hot water .. unlimited hotel staff... Food quality is good.. my number will be 5 out of 5..

Very bad experience. The TV not working, Washrooms are not working since 2 days. Even after saying to change rooms multiple times. The staff always avioded to change the rooms. I am avoiding coming again. I always visited here, adjusted somehow every time. But this time it was enough. I think they don't value to the single customer as they get enough revenue from other banquet customers.

Room is not good. Not value for money. Just like guest house. Nothing to appreciate. To much expensive compare to it's size of room and facilities. Bed quality of breakfast. Very limited option. Even very common items like bread butter, jam, corn flakes, sugar free etc. are not available. You will get same type of rooms at a cost of 600 rupees.

We could hear voices from other rooms, and the room felt smaller than expected compared to the photos. There were no direct windows, opening the window only faced building’s glass, and with no exhaust in the room, it felt a bit suffocating during the first few hours. Other than that, the stay was good overall. It would be helpful if the hotel provided 1’liter water bottles instead of half’liter ones. We were four people and received only four 500 ml bottles, so we had to call reception multiple times just to get more water.
