Very poor approach from the part of the receptionist who was there on 25th midnight. No more coming to metro plaza. He ridiculed us infront of other guests and made us to wait for one hr at the midnight. He was telling that our b9oking confirmation did not reach them. Then I showed the confirmation mail. Even then he was telling that he didn't receive any mail. Actually that is none of pur business. At last he gave a poor room, that was not matching with our booking. Since we ate tried I accepted the room. This hall not repeat from your side. I need a clear cut explanation to this mail: [email protected]

Family • India • May 2026We came to the hotel at midnight on 25th. The receptionist was telling " no booking was done". He was very cruel to us and we waited one hr at the reception, as we did some mistake. I showed him that the booking confirmation. Even then he was reluctant to provide a room. After 1 hrs he gave a room with total problem in the toilet. The flush was not working. All the time I have to go the reception and say the issue. His ready-made answer comes " wait for 2 mts". Then after 20 minutes one fellow came and provided water. His mind setup was - he is giving us a room freely. 2 days we stayed there. We thought of not to rely on ixigo any more. I think it is your an issue from your part too. The room was not neat- a lot of hair were there. Next day it is cleaned. What we faced was a harassment from the receptionist Man. He was not ready to greet us., even though we followed the good manners as we were taught. You should give me a reply at the earliest and explain to us what was the issue.
