The rooms are really poor quality. Avoid booking if you're traveling with family. I was shocked by the condition of the rooms and felt cheated. The price is way too high for such a basic room—I paid 5000 rupees for two days and am very disappointed with the room in Ooty. For that price, not even providing water is unacceptable. The toilets are clean, but the rooms are substandard—unpainted, broken switches, no geyser, and bed bugs. Overall, a very bad experience. The reception staff, however, was nice and helpful.

The room was smart and the service was wonderful.

The room we got was nothing like the pictures on the Goibibo app. They said there would be a lift and room service, but neither was available.

We booked based on great ratings and beautiful photos, but those pictures must be from another universe because the actual place didn’t match even a tiny fraction of what was shown. Starting with the unique security feature: the main door locks exactly at 10 PM. Not a suggestion to return early, but a hard lockout until morning. Calling or knocking won’t help since no one responds. It feels less like a hotel and more like a curfew camp. Amenities, or rather the legendary limited edition package: - Towels and toiletries are treated like luxuries; we had to request them. - For a 4-day, 3-night stay, we received only one soap and one towel. - That soap is so rare it should be preserved in a museum. Drinking water is not free — basic survival isn’t complimentary here. Hot water? More like emotionally warm water. Mostly lukewarm, sometimes not even that. We had to repeatedly ask staff to fix it, causing delays and frustration. The room itself: - Tiny - Dilapidated - No view - A single window facing a hallway. The room and facilities are so uncomfortable that they force you to stay outside all day, from dawn until 9:59 PM sharp, no matter the weather. To be fair, the receptionist and cleaning staff were polite and did their best despite what seemed like very poor management. The real problem is management. Charging high prices for such a terrible experience is unacceptable. Final advice: Don’t book this place blindly online. Visit first, inspect, and reconsider. If you’re already there, cancel and leave immediately unless this is your only option in Ooty. Good luck — you’ll need it.

There was no safety at all, no parking available, so I had to park my vehicle on the roadside near the hotel, and some local guys let the air out of my tires 😢.
