MM Legacy - A Bergamont Hotel

I recently stayed at MM Legacy in Kanchipuram with my family, and we had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat and spacious.The staff were polite and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and they responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. It felt safe and comfortable for a family stay.The hotel location is also very convenient, as it is close to the main temples in Kanchipuram. This made it easy for us to visit the temples without much travel.

We first visited in 2021 during our love days, and it feels very special to come back again to celebrate my wife’s birthday here. The ambience was beautiful and the whole candle light dinner setup was perfect for the occasion.The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were very polite & down to earth. A special thanks to the GM, chef and the service team for their warm hospitality.One thing that truly touched us,we delay to start our dinner after 8:30PM.,between that my daughter starts to asleep.they’re seen,we are holding my daughter..I was really unexpectedly,team started to arranged a small bed for our daughter to sleep comfortably. We honestly didn’t expect that, and it shows how thoughtful and family-friendly the team is.Overall, we had a memorable and heartwarming evening. Highly recommended for special celebrations!

Hotel is very good and staf was very helpful and professional. Young lady Ankita on the reception as other guys there were very kind and helping even more than their professional duties required. Location is a bit far from the city, so count on half an hour ride (20 min at least) to reach main attractions and shopping area. Price is appropriate for that category hotel. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean with all the amenities. Swimming pool at the roof looked ok, but a few deck chairs wouldn’t hurt. And repaired floor. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty with a choice of some 10-15 dishes. Mostly Indian but some western too.

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The hotel premises is very well maintained and the rooms are quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My special requests were all accommodated with no issues. The restaurant was especially good when we went, the staff always checking on us. Chef Chandan Singh personally spoke to me as I had a special request for food without onion and garlic. He made sure I got good South Indian food without onion and garlic and checked with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re going with senior citizens/ kids or have any special requirements.

An outstanding dining experience from start to finish! The hotel restaurant exceeded all expectations with its warm atmosphere, beautifully presented dishes, and exceptional quality of food. Every meal was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, making each visit a real pleasure.What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional by their restuarant Manager Mr.Fabian. He is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Mr. Fabian took the time to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcome. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team.Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-class food, service, and hospitality. We will definitely be returning!
