MM Legacy - A Bergamont Hotel

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The hotel premises is very well maintained and the rooms are quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My special requests were all accommodated with no issues. The restaurant was especially good when we went, the staff always checking on us. Chef Chandan Singh personally spoke to me as I had a special request for food without onion and garlic. He made sure I got good South Indian food without onion and garlic and checked with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re going with senior citizens/ kids or have any special requirements.

Every meal was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, making each visit a real pleasure.What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional by their restuarant Manager Mr.Fabian. He is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Mr. Fabian took the time to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcome. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team.Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-class food, service, and hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

During a business trip to Kanchipuram, I stayed at M M Legacy along with my colleague, and the overall experience was excellent. The property is conveniently located, just about 5 km from the main town.The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. The room and washroom were spacious, neat, and well maintained, with all essential amenities such as toiletries, clean towels, a kettle, and coffee items. A special mention to the spacious balcony’something rarely seen in most hotels’which offered a great view and was comfortable enough for me to even attend a team meeting.We dined at the hotel for dinner, and the food was awesome, with a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. As mentioned by other guests, the complimentary breakfast in the morning was outstanding, with an excellent variety that we thoroughly enjoyed.The hotel is slightly on the expensive side; however, the comfort, service, and overall experience make it worthwhile. I particularly loved the traditional antique idols placed across the property, which added a unique and elegant touch to the ambience.Special thanks to Gayathri and Sonali at the restaurant, and Shilpa and Ankita at the reception, for their warm hospitality and for making our stay truly comfortable.Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay, suitable for business travellers & families.
