I have booked the hotel room by paying full amount as instructed by this platform. But on reaching the hotel i hav been informed that, the tariffs are changed and i have to pay an extra amount of Rs.1292 and only on payment they will give the room. When I said, the amount will be paid on check out they didnt agree alread y i hav paid an amount more than 3000. If the tariffs are changed it should be informed by this platform or the hotels over mail or phone. But I receive no such information. very pathetic
Charges collected extra in addition to booking done in Agoda. Remaining all is good. Now renovation is happening.
Agoda fixed a rate.But the hotel collected additional amount at the time of check in. Except that all the facilities are good.
