We have booked a room there on 06th july 2026 through Agoda & made Full PaymentBut when we reached at hotel to check in, the person there took an extra payment of Rs 431.00& Said that it is my property Go & make my complaint to Agoda or anywhereSince you have paid to Agoda & not to me, Otherwise leave my propertyTherefore please refund my extra amount Rs 431.00 taken by hotel person& Blacklist that hotel for very offensive behavior & a kind of cheating & Fraud
The toilet pot is broken and jet spray not working properly,,,and air conditioning is not so good and the price is so high @1500 for this hotel
Provided room in a different location than what was promised here, staff is very rude. They come to fight for asking any questions. Also they charged extra 500rs . Not recommended at all if u want to spend ur time peacefully.
