Very disappointing stay at PK Residency, Madurai.The room was extremely unhygienic. The bedsheets appeared unclean and stained, and I found what looked like bed bugs on the bed. There were blood stains on the sheets, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained.Because of the bed bug infestation and the poor condition of the room, I had a completely sleepless night and was constantly worried about being bitten. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience.Cleanliness is a basic expectation for guests, but this hotel failed to meet even minimum standards. I have photographic evidence of the condition of the room.I would not recommend this property to anyone until proper pest control and housekeeping measures are implemented.
