I have stayed at the best of hotel, this is just shirty,
I am writing to let you know about the terrible experience I had at your hotel on 14 September 2026. I had a reservation to stay with you, but the conditions were so bad and unhygienic that I refused to check in. I actually felt so unsafe with the state of the property and the staff's attitude that I had to go online and book a completely different hotel for the night. I want to highlight exactly what went wrong: Terrible Front Desk Service: The receptionist was incredibly rude. He had no helpful information and clearly doesn’t know how to speak to paying customers. Filthy Rooms: I was shown three different rooms, and every single one was dirty. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned at all, and the furniture was covered in stains. Foul Odor: The hallway smelled awful, and the stench was so strong it was leaking right into the guest rooms. No Food Options: Your restaurant was completely closed. When I asked about food, the staff just told me to go online and order delivery myself. Maintenance Issues: There was water leaking right in front of the main entrance, which is an immediate safety hazard. Checking three separate rooms and finding all of them dirty shows a major lack of effort from your staff. Leaving a guest feeling unsafe enough that they have to scramble to book another hotel is unacceptable. I expect to hear back from you regarding how you plan to address this.Regards,***
