Helpful reception staff and a good location for those seeking rooms in the majestic area, with a well-maintained property.

Location good, but the amenities were worst. The washroom flush won't work. We had to use bucket of water to flush out. And I guess almost 90% of the cockroach live in this hotel. There are cockroach everywhere. They even went inside our dresses and bags. Really disappointed in terms of cleanliness. Staffs are also very disappointing. We reached the hotel at around 9 AM. We already requested early check-in from ixigo app. I tried reaching out through call but none of our calls were answered. When we reached the hotel, they informed that the manager is in vacation and hence not picking up the call. Moreover, after several requests, they denied us to check-in until 12P.M. Very very disappointing. We were tired like hell after a 2 days long train journey. We were also denied access to the common washroom to freshen up. Very disappointing. The receptionist and the security guard were drunk like hell at night and there was foul alcohol smell in the entire lobby. Would never visit this property again.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Bangalore. When I returned from work to my room, I found a wild lizard inside, which was quite disturbing. The bathroom fixtures and fittings appeared yellowish and poorly maintained, giving an unhygienic impression.Additionally, when I requested bath towels, I was informed that they would only be available around 5:30 AM, which was highly inconvenient. No complimentary water bottles were provided during my stay either.Considering the poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and overall unsatisfactory experience, I believe the room rate is not justified. I kindly request a reduction in the room charges to reflect the quality of the stay.
