Nakhrali Dhani Resort

Excellent stay at Nakhrali dhaani resort Rau Indore. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The hospitality was very nice and the stay was comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Try to book Higher varient thn Delux as delux rooms are outside the Resort and other suits are inside. Breakfast is fIx , Idli sambhar , sandwich and Gulab jamun.If u don't like the Rajasthani Food , i recommend to go outside and explore the street food in RAU circle. 2 kms away from the resort.

The room was not clean upon arrival, and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to clean it properly. Even during the stay, housekeeping was inconsistent—we had to call every day just to get towels or basic room service, and rooms were not cleaned regularly unless requested.The staff, however, were polite and helpful when approached, which was a positive aspect. The food was average and could be improved.One of the major issues was the breakfast service. The timing was set from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, which already feels a bit late, but even then, breakfast was not ready on time. It would only start getting prepared after guests arrived, causing delays. On one occasion, tea was served as late as 10:00 AM, after we had already finished eating.Overall, while the staff was courteous, the hotel seriously needs to improve its timing, housekeeping standards, and overall management to provide a better guest experience.
