Orchard hotel is quite pleasant. The reception and staff are friendly, and even walk-in guests are greeted promptly and warmly at check-in. The rooms are adequately furnished and come with basic amenities. The bathrooms are small, and the door placement is somewhat inconvenient. The functional restaurant serves excellent food and beverages. Both the common areas and rooms are clean. The hotel offers a nice, quiet stay. Parking beneath the lobby protects vehicles from street traffic.

Frustrating Unpleasant Experience

I strongly recommend not booking this hotel. My stay was very disappointing. The hotel was dirty and had an unpleasant odor throughout. The room was poorly maintained, and the bathroom was unsanitary. I have photos of the room and facilities as proof. I had booked for seven days, but after seeing the room condition, I immediately complained to MakeMyTrip and sent all the pictures and details via email. I was told my stay would be cancelled and I would get a refund. However, later I was informed that the hotel refused the refund request, despite the earlier confirmation. This has been a frustrating experience, and I feel the hotel's handling and refund process were unfair. Please be cautious before booking this place. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
