Orchid Suites - A Boutique Hotel

Only location is decent . Hotel is a decade old with old furniture . No hot showers post evening 5 pm … 4 am we have taken freezing showers and left for airport . No staff at night shift for housekeeping or basic towels or parcels to room - we need to head to reception our self every single time . Manager is very rude and arrogant . When we were checking out he was heckling at us 5 am as we disturbed his sleep which was shocking .If your a local kannadiga or know the local language - you will be respected and get good service but anyone from outside Karnataka will be slapped in the face .

The hotel is situated in a prime location, providing easy access to several corporate parks. The rooms and toilets were clean, although the property is old, so some furniture wear and tear may be noticed. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Certainly not customer friendly hotel.No proper room service boys.Insisting early check out always.....that too at 11 am itselfRequest for 1 hr extension. Blindly they said no

Orchid Suites is a decent place to stay for a business or a personal visit to Bangalore. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean for that pricing. Bathroom is neat and clean. It is very ideally located and close to most happening places of Bangalore. Cantonment Railway Station, MG Road Metro, Brigade Road, Cubbon Park are close by. Polite Staff and their place gives a homely feel makes it a good choice to stay even for more days.Features include Breakfast, Daily Housekeeping and a Rooftop Restaurant. There is also in room dining and some rooms have Balconies. A good place to stay.

Room is neat and clean. Near to highway. Good service. Hot water available. Price is reasonable as per the quality of room
