Disappointing Service Experience – Once a Favorite, Not AnymoreI've stayed at this hotel multiple times whenever I visit Bangalore, and it used to be one of my go-to choices because of the friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was a completely different experience, and not in a good way.I had booked through Agoda for 1 adult and 2 children (ages 14 and 15), and the booking clearly reflected 3 guests. However, at check-in the staff claimed they could only see 2 guests on their system and charged me an additional amount for the third person, insisting I contact Agoda to sort it out myself. It's not clear to me why a discrepancy between the hotel and their booking partner should become the guest's financial burden.I had also arrived very early, around 3 AM, and requested a late checkout until 3 PM to compensate for the early arrival. This was refused, and I was told I'd have to pay extra just to extend my stay by about an hour.What made this worse was how the situation was handled. Two staff members I interacted with were dismissive and impolite, with no real effort made to resolve the billing confusion or accommodate a reasonable request.The room and stay itself were comfortable, as always, but the way front desk staff handled billing issues and guest requests this time was disappointing. Based on this experience, I'm hesitant to recommend this hotel going forward, and I hope management looks into both the Agoda booking sync issue and staff conduct at the front desk.

I don't understand why a mismatch between the hotel and booking site should be the guest's financial responsibility. What made things worse was how the staff handled the situation. Two employees I dealt with were rude and dismissive, making no real effort to fix the billing problem or accommodate my reasonable request. The room and stay were comfortable as usual, but the front desk's handling of billing and guest requests this time was disappointing. Because of this, I am reluctant to recommend this hotel in the future and hope management addresses both the Agoda booking synchronization issue and the front desk staff's behavior.

Family • Sep 2026The room was in poor condition with a strong dust odor and issues with the water. There were also many cockroaches in the bed, bathroom, and throughout the room, making it a waste of money and harmful to health.
