Park Signature Hotel - Royal Benza

Disappointing StayI had stayed at The Park Hyderabad a few years ago and had a wonderful experience, which led me to book The Park Signature Hotel Banza in Vijayawada, expecting a similar standard. Unfortunately, the experience this time was deeply disappointing.When we checked in at 4 PM ’ not an early check-in ’ we found that the room lacked basic amenities: no towels, no toilet paper, and a broken toilet jet spray. These are essentials that should have been taken care of before guest arrival. We had to request each of these items, which was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.The next morning during breakfast, the service was extremely slow. To add to the disappointment, coffee was served in broken cups ’ something you'd expect from a street vendor, not a branded hotel.Overall, the experience fell far below expectations and certainly did not reflect the quality associated with the Park brand.

I got exactly what I was expecting and more. The room and washroom were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained something that matters a lot to me. The hotel also provided a complimentary South Indian breakfast, which was not only filling but genuinely delicious. Unlike many places that just ’manage’ to serve food, here the quality was not compromised at all. Overall, a comfortable stay with all the basic amenities in place.

I landed in this hotel with family. I chosen this hotel based on reviews on google. I don't understand why people given good rating. But now I felt my decision is wrong. External appearance of Hotel and look wise really well but the maintenance and service really pathetic. Even I don't give one rating for service. No door lock for bathroom from outside, tv connection was not working, no replacing of bedsheet in next day morning. Next day no service boy was available. I felt I paid double price for one day. Sorry to say really pathetic experience, I never go again and I don't recommend.Final word: well built with interior, if they maintain the service then really this hotel is worthy but as of now I don't recommond

It's a good budget hotel with inhouse restaurant. We had booked deluxe room & the room as well bathroom was clean. Ordered few items from their restaurant and they were tasty.Hotel is beside NH16 and easy to access if you're traveling from bhubaneswar to Bengaluru or vice-versa.

Our stay at Royal Benz’s was fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and concierge. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of options. The hotel's location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the city. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"
