Not at all a 3 star hotel for sure. Few of the rooms are in very bad condition. There is no consistency between the rooms of same category. House keeping staff is completely untrained and don’t clean up the rooms properly.I had two days stay here. First day the room was just pathetic. We asked for room change but was not accommodated as it was late and all rooms were full. The next night we checked in again, we were given upgraded category rooms but again, the same cleanliness issues. Used beer bottles in wardrobes, used half bottle of water and kettle with a foul smell. Earlier i thought only we are facing the issues but during the second night, occupants of other 3 rooms in our floor were complaining of several issues to the staff.Even the restaurant was not maintained well. The plates have oil and turmeric stains. When we brought it to the attention of staff, they just said its special Jodhpur print. I wiped it off in front of them with tissue but not a single apology from them. The sweet dish had hair in it. Again showed it to staff. They didn’t even bother to remove it.Over all it was the worst two nights in our entire Rajasthan tour.

Our stay was pleasant. It is very near to the Mehrangarh Fort and other sight seeing places. Hotel staff were friendly and Receptionist Ashna guided us very well regarding the sight seeing like places to visit first ,where to take the car(Mehrangargh Fort) and where not to (Ghanta Ghar) because of which we were able to cover all the places we wanted to without any hurdles. Overall it was good value for money, and I would rate it 4.5

Nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was courteous and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient. However, the morning buffet could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located on Mandore Road opposite Fort Road. With majority attractions accessible via auto frequently, I'd rate the hotel for its location and accessibility. Rooms at this price was a good deal and they are spacious, amenities and morning breakfast options could have been better and included more menu items. Cut fruits almost keep running out everytime they're refilled.

The deluxe room of the hotel is large in size and well decorated. The bathroom is very nice and clean. The behavior of the hotel staff is also very nice. The behavior of the restaurant staff will impress you. Breakfast and dinner are very good but breakfast is limited.
