Let me tell good thing first : My train was 2 am they got me auto as my request for 4 km 250 rupees to railway station! I saw the hotel in online I got 900 room charge for non AC , but I thought if I go directly the hotel will give me best price, when I asked room he gave false information, I have only ac room and cost 2000 / Then I said him I saw in online sir non AC was available then he asked me questions to cover up ! His misleading. Then Room charge i asked he told 1100 for 10 hrs. But I did not ask anything because I had no option, Honestly I saw it was 900 in online. I could have booked online. Room was decent, service people was good but the honesty lacks. Business ethics nope for that front desk man.The most cheating people after coimbatore is in madurai from my experience being a TOURIST for Auto and Hotel.They make use of the opportunity well. Well done!! But I met some lovely auto guys also who are honest and guide me right that's to that souls. Decent room but over priced when he understands you are needy and I would say online booking would be wise choice.If this was helpful plz give a thumbs up so other state people of India and many Tourists will know and make a better choice with my experience and review. The hotel is very good, and the owner and staff are extremely honest and helpful. I stayed here recently during a random check-in while visiting Madurai. What I really liked was the cozy and clean room, along with the courteous staff.One incident truly amazed me and will remain in my memory forever. After checking out, we accidentally forgot our phone in the room. After some time, the owner personally called me and informed me about it. If he had not done so, I would have returned to my hometown without realizing it.I sincerely thank the owner and staff for their honesty and integrity. This experience gave me very positive vibes about Tamil Nadu

Very worst hotel for stay.. they didn't even reserve the room after online booking also.. we have waited almost seven hours to accomodate.. their also no water facility in rest room.. they have told very casually cancel the room and go.. finally we are the looser of money .

Location not at all good ,,, no parking , you can’t expect good service at all ,really really the worst thing is bedbugs are in infinite , you can’t sleep even a minute, I’m very disappointed. Wash room not good and clean, not recommend ’’?? name sake hotel

Booked this place for Hockey Junior World Cup, hockey stadium was just 500m away, walking distance, very convenient .The staffs were very friendly and helpful. It’s a decent place to stay and lots of eateries nearby.
