This is among the finest resorts I've visited; the environment was clean and well-kept, the staff were honest and highly professional, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

This was among the worst experiences I've encountered. While the property appears attractive, the service was very disappointing. There was a power outage lasting over an hour, and the staff provided inconsistent explanations and kept altering the rules. Despite the property's beauty, the service and overall stay did not meet expectations. I would advise against staying here.

This place is absolutely stunning 😍 I really enjoyed the experience, and Manoj and Pankaj were very helpful in organizing the activities.

The quality of the food is good.

Our experience at Mango Forest Resort was extremely disappointing. Our group of 17 came for a one-day trip on August 1st, but from the moment we arrived, things went wrong. There was no one to guide us to the reception, which was a poor start. The welcome drink was served in a dirty container, making it undrinkable. Check-in was delayed, and the rooms were not clean when we finally got them. While waiting, the front desk staff made offensive remarks in Kannada about one of our members, which we immediately addressed but found unacceptable. Lunch was also unsatisfactory, with dirty cups and bowls, limited food options, and poor taste, leading us to order bottled water instead. Overall, the outing was ruined by bad hygiene, unprofessional staff, and low-quality food. The glowing reviews that influenced our choice did not match our reality. We want future guests to know about these problems, and we will not be returning to Mango Forest Resort.
