Quality Airport Hotel

I visited here before 5 years. Now it very much renovated. Rooms are good. Worth the price paid for. Resturent staffs are really good. Please change the beer glass to new ones.

Very close to airport. We halted here before our kerla trip.Reception and staff is cooperative.Breakfast was good and good variety.However we taken dinner was very poor quality and taste. There is no taste we literally tried 4 dishes but all them avg taste.and one lady was to do all order and plates arrange etc.There is nothing to do outside hotel.Hotel water provided.

Hello, we were staying at your hotel on January 20th. We received excellent service; the rooms were nice, and the staff were very courteous. Well I had Stayed twice here while coming to Kerala and while we left .Always wanted to visit this hotel near Cochin Airport and the Market is 15 min walk from hotel .Staff is very nice and their service is 5 Star .Over all 20 outof 10 ....

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5’10 minute walk from Kochi Airport, and the area is relatively quiet. The staff at the entrance and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming, and parking was easy to find. There is also a pharmacy next door and several shops within walking distance, which was very convenient.However, despite the good location, several issues significantly affected our stay. The room was spacious and generally clean, but there was no hairdryer provided. More importantly, the shower gel and shampoo appeared used and looked dirty, which made us uncomfortable and hesitant to use them. This is unacceptable for a hotel standard and should be addressed immediately.The most disappointing part was the airport transfer service. Our booking clearly included airport pick-up, and we filled out the required form in advance. Yet, even after repeatedly contacting the hotel on the day of check-in, we received no response at all. In the end, we had to arrange our own Uber from the airport. If the hotel is unable or unwilling to provide this service, the form should not be presented as an available option, as it causes unnecessary confusion and inconvenience for guests.This hotel has potential due to its location and friendly staff, but the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and unfulfilled services made our experience far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope the management reviews these issues and improves them for future guests.
