We had a wonderful stay at GRT Regency, Kanchipuram. The spacious suite was comfortable, the location was perfect for visiting all the major temples, and the hospitality was exceptional.A special thanks to Mr. Murugan and Mrs. Hemalatha for their warmth and care. We also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly initiatives, thoughtful amenities, and the excellent Divine Darshan package, which made our temple visits completely hassle-free.Highly recommend GRT Regency for anyone visiting Kanchipuram. I visited Kanchipuram during the 27th to 30th of May. We were greeted with a simple beaded necklace and welcome drinks.The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. I have to mention Rajendiran's exceptional customer service. My parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary during the visit. I spoke to Rajendiran on the day of check in and requested to arrange a cake and a boquet for them and he made sure that these requests were attended to and executed perfectly, the cake and boquet he had arranged was really good.We had booked 2 rooms for 5 adults, however when we arrived we realised maybe having an extra bed in one room won't work out, so we requested for an extra single occupancy room, Rajendiran immediately arranged a room on the 2nd floor while the rest of my family was on the 4th. Without me saying anything, he understood that my family and I would prefer if I was on the same floor as them, he immediately assured me that once the room becomes available on the 4th floor, he will move me there and he made sure to do the change the next day.Also worth mentioning is Manjunathan who assisted us at the hotel and Dilliganesh who handled the reception and helped us with our travel arrangements. The whole team ensure that we had a good, comfortable and memorable stay.Throughout the stay we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at Dakshin, and the food is simply too good. Anything and everything you order is amazing, service is a little slow, but the food is definitely worth the wait.The hotel is also located at a very good location, especially when it comes to shopping, the main shops are at walking distance from the hotel and if you request the hotel staff, they'll arrange for taxis or autos.Rooms are well equipped with everything you need.One of the best hotels in the region, I would highly recommend booking with them to have a good stay at Kanchipuram.
